Surfing the North Shore on Oahu for a few fun sets around March 23rd, 2005.  Hawaii is sick, As indicated in every surfing book know to man, Hawaii's North Shore is a must.  After our direct flight from LAX, my buddy picked us up in Honolulu.  Then it was a direct shot into the country, We passed by Dole, Haleiwa, then landed into our house at Sunset Beach.  After unpacking my boards, minutes later we were out in the lineup surfing clean, well overhead bombs.  After cool, wet-suited dawn patrols in sick California winter surf it was really great to be out in my trunks surfing more waves with consequence & power.
