We left Cuyutlan where there was some light texture on the ocean.  After driving on Hwy 200 for approximately an hour, we entered into Michoacán and passed by several head walls with some thick red tide, then we came to our first point, La Ticla.  La Ticla was completely glassy with overhead surf breaking.  The set up is amazing with a nice right, an a frame in front of the point and a very long left north of the point.  We scored in the surf and stayed in a cabana right on the beach.  After an amazing morning session we headed South passing by HuaHua to Rio Nexpa.  We had luck on our side this trip, every new spot we rolled up to was perfect.  Nexpa was sick with no red tide, very light winds, & perfect overhead lefts firing off the point. page 1 page 2 page 3
